Eligibility:

The competition is open to businesses operating in the USA only, being any legal entity entering into a new agreement with Intogreat Solutions, paying Intogreat Solutions fees, and consuming Intogreat Solutions services within the competition period (‘eligible participant’).

Competition Period:

The competition will run from 01 May 2024 to 31 October 2024.

How to Enter:

Entry into the competition is free. One (1) entry to the prize draw will be awarded to each eligible participant for entering into a new contract with Intogreat Solutions and at least one (1) employee commencing as a secondee with the eligible participant. Maximum one (1) entry only per eligible participant shall be allowed.
 

The Grand Prize:

The Grand Prize consists of:

• $7,500 USD, to be offset against any Intogreat Services invoices The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Intogreat reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.

The Grand Prize Draw will be held on 01 November 2024.

Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected by a random prize draw on the specified dates. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days addressed to the person who submitted the entry and the authorized representative named in the signed services agreement with Intogreat. If a winner cannot be contacted or chooses not to redeem the prize within ten (10) business days of being contacted, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity:

Winners shall be required to participate in publicity related to the competition, including having their organization, name, and image used for promotional purposes.

General Conditions:

Intogreat Solutions reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time. Intogreat Solutions is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any technical malfunctions that may affect the entry process. Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all decisions made by Intogreat Solutions. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, Intogreat Solutions (including its respective officers, employees, and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage in connection with this competition including taking or using the prize.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
