Recruitment

Our candidates undergo aptitude testing with the global provider SHL, assessing problem-solving, reasoning, and communication skills. Behavioral and technical interviews, led by experienced team leads and involving subject matter experts and future managers, further evaluate candidates' practical experience and compatibility with the role. Clients are also actively involved in endorsing and interviewing candidates, adding another layer of scrutiny. Before final onboarding, potential employees undergo thorough medical examinations and comprehensive background checks to confirm their fitness for work and clean employment history. This approach provides flexibility for you to either choose your staff or rely on our expertise to select the best people based on the required skills and qualifications.

Training plans and KPIs

To control your staff’s output and assess quality and productivity, we create SMART KPIs to measure your team’s performance at regular intervals(30, 60, 90, 150 days). Staff must pass probationary KPIs in 6 months, before getting regular employment status. When an employee is not hitting KPIs, we have a process of coaching, upskilling, or, in the worst-case scenario, termination. Of course, to enable the staff to meet KPIs, we build robust training plans with our clients to ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills they need for success in their roles.

This may be youroffshore outsourcing debut, so we want this journey to be easy, stress-free,and empowering with minimal business disruption.
